Group-based Entitlement Distribution

• Applicable scenarios:

  For entitlements with the same product, version, and configuration list under the same contract No., you can use the group-based entitlement issuing function.

• Business rules:

  Group-based entitlement distribution is available only when the entitlements are searched by contract No.

• Procedure:

  Step 1: Enter search criteria such as contract No. and click Search.

  Path: Entitlement Management > My Entitlements > To be Distributed

  

  Step 2: Click Group by configuration to complete automatic grouping.

  

  Step 3: Enter the number of entitlements to distribute and click Distribute Selected. To distribute all entitlements, click Distribute All.

  

  Step 4: Enter the recipient company information and click OK. The information in the box marked with * is required.
